About me
With twenty years of experience under my belt, I've written for multinational insurance giants, household names, government agencies and even a brewery. In March 2020 I decided to concentrate on writing for the coaching and therapy sector and I haven't looked back.
These days my mission is to make sure those who want to make an impact on the well-being of others speak up with such an irresistible and authentic energy, that the people who need them, find them.

Born and raised in Cornwall, I have a First from Falmouth College of Arts in English with Media. Now living in the South East, I work in the area but my client base is worldwide.
​
A couple of times a year I disappear off to a writers' retreat to craft my novel about love, loss and peaches in the plush countryside of rural France.
I invite my clients to unlock their creativity and speak their superpowers - so that the hurting and healing of the world find them and get just the guidance they need for their journey. That's why I do what I do.
